In practically perfect condition, this hand painted tinplate G.N.R. (Great Northern Railway) 2-4-0 Tank Locomotive was made by Marklin of Goppingen, Germany in 1928.

It is powered by a powerful clockwork/wind-up mechanism, with brake and forward and reverse direction control.
