A complete and rare "Southern Electric" Train Set, made in England during the mid 1930's by Bassett-Lowke - Trix.
This HO/OO Gauge train set was modelled on the new (at the time) electrification of the extensive Southern Railway's network which covered the whole of southern England.
It is complete in every detail with the original circuit of track, electric transformer, instructions and the beautifully illustrated original box - It even still contains the factory supplied lubricating oil.
